  • The Consortium of National Law Universities has announced that the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026 will be held on December 7, 2025, with registrations opening on August 1, 2025. This early announcement allows law aspirants to plan their preparation for this competitive exam.

 

         DU Admissions 2025 Cut-Offs

  • Delhi University (DU) admissions for 2025 have begun, with colleges like Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and Hindu College recording the highest cut-offs. For example, St. Stephen’s College set a cut-off of 834.08 for Mathematics (Hons) and 578.76 for Physics (Hons). Admissions are based entirely on CUET UG scores, with no weightage for Class 12 marks.

 

  •  AIIMS Delhi Recruitment 2025
  •     The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi opened applications for 2,300 posts, including positions accessible to candidates who have passed Classes 10 or 12. The examination for these posts is scheduled for August 25 and 26, 2025, offering opportunities in the medical education sector.

 

  • Banaras Hindu University (BHU) Internship Slots
  •     BHU announced 110 internship slots across various disciplines with a Rs 20,000 stipend. The application deadline was July 21, 2025, providing students with practical exposure and financial support.

 

  • NCERT’s New Sanskrit Textbook 
  •     The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) introduced a new Sanskrit textbook focusing on practical use and cultural relevance, aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. This shift aims to make Sanskrit more accessible and engaging for students.

 

  • CBSE Mandates CCTV in Schools
  •     The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made CCTV installation and regular maintenance mandatory for school affiliation, formalizing guidelines from the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR). This enhances safety and transparency in educational institutions.
